New User Registration
  • Click on New User link from home screen. / Click here for New user registration.
  • In the New User Registration page, provide valid Account number in the below format in the Account Number Text Box – XXXX XXXXXX XXX – (Branch code – Account Number – Suffix)
  • Provide Valid first name, Last name, Date of Birth, Email address and Mobile Number as given in Bank Records.
  • Valid Mobile number and Email address is must as they will be used for sending OTP for every transactions and major activities (First time login, Device change, Profile updates etc.,)
  • Provide a login ID of 8 characters with a mix of alphabets and numeric values.
  • Provide valid password by following the password rules
    • It should be 8 characters
    • Atleast 1 Alphabet should be provided
    • Atleast 1 Numeric should be provided
    • Should consist of atleast 1 Special character (@ # $ % ^ £ & + =)
  • Select a Security question from the dropdown and provide an answer for the same.
  • Provide Captcha data in the Captcha text box.
  • Check the Check-box for accepting NBKONLINE AGREEMENT.
  • Click on Submit.

Note: The Login ID should be unique. In case of Login ID alreasy exists, the user should change the ID and Submit again.

Acknowledgement
  • The user upon successful registration will get a message on the screen as “Your request for Internet Banking has been successful. Please visit your branch to sign additional documentation to activate your account”
  • The user will also get an Email Acknowledgement to the Email ID with the Registration details.
What Next?
  • Once the user completed the Registration, He/She has to visit the Bank Branch to complete the Process.
  • The details of the Bank Branch can be accessed from the following links.
  • Login to NBKONLINE now using the login credentials set initially once the Bank confirms the Activation of the Account.
  • The customer can use the Existing user button in the Home screen or can access through this link.
Transaction Password
  • After successful first time login, the customer has to create a New transaction password. The Transaction password can be set using the following rules.
    • It should be 8 characters
    • Atleast 1 Alphabet should be provided
    • Atleast 1 Numeric should be provided
    • Should consist of atleast 1 Special character (@ # $ % ^ £ & + =)
  • After Transaction password is set, the user can check the list of Accounts linked to his/her Account number in the Home Screen.
